We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Ginza area where we enjoyed shopping, exploring post office, and dining at various restaurants. it was so convenient to visit the famous Tsukiji Fish Market and access the nearby metro stations.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a prime area with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. The friendly and English-speaking staff provided excellent service, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi with good speed, awesome for easy connectivity throughout the stay.

The room size was quite small, making it challenging to open luggage without hitting walls or furniture. the view from the window was disappointing, as it overlooked the back of another building, offering no scenic backdrop.

Great location, close to Ginza subway station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, the mattress was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Clean and cozy rooms with ample amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent value.
